Staples
Staples has a free rewards program that gives 10% back in rewards for ink, toner, paper and copy and print services. Rewards are awarded quarterly when you've reached $10 in rewards. Teachers get 2% back in rewards up to $15 per quarter when you spend $200 or more within a calendar quarter and free shipping on any size order. For all customers, returns can be made to any Staples retail store, or call them and they'll pick up any unwanted items.
USA only
Free delivery on orders of $50 or more.

Office Max
Office Max ranks third in sales after Staples and Office Depot. Has a rewards program which earns you 1-2% back (in the form of a gift card) when you purchase at least $300 in qualifying merchandise each quarter. Teachers get $10 back for every $75 spent with a yearly rebate limit of $100 plus other perks.
Delivery is free for most orders within 20 miles of an OfficeMax store totaling over $50.

Quill
Quill is a mail order office supply company owned by Staples. They are known for having super low prices, especially on their own Quill-brand products. Unlike Staples and the other big superstores which can offer next day delivery if you live near a store, Quill ships via UPS, so orders can take a few days to arrive. Schools get discounted pricing and free shipping with no minimum order.
Free shipping on orders of $45 more (except furniture).
