Jackie Bergman's tiny Massachusetts takeout store sits behind a historic buggy-whip factory in the Berkshires. Her handmade small-batch soups have been featured by Marian Burros of the New York Times and Country Home Magazine. Selection varies seasonally but offerings include Tomato Chevre, Apple Butternut Squash, Pumpkin and Caramelized Onion Gorgonzola. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options.
